Product designer since 2014, leading design teams since 2019. Most of my career has been inside heavily regulated and complicated fintech businesses. Capital One, Dave, American Express, and now Koalafi.
I specialize in building the systems that let design teams make better decisions, faster. I'm still in the work myself when it matters and dogfooding my own processes. The title shifted to "leader," but design is still the job.

I grew from Manager to Sr. Manager with a team of 2 growing to 5. I was responsible for leading the research, design and tracking of the digital features small business credit card customers use every day.
